Suicidal Snowflakes

Just because I have a short attention span doesn\’t mean I…

You lousy so-and-so

Yeah, I called someone that today. I’m a weirdo.

Of course, I’m also going to the School Library Association’s convention that’s being held in town this year. I kinda gotta go for school. So, umm… I decided to go on the day Levar Burton is speaking. Is that wrong of me?

  2. Are you going to the Baltimore Comicon? Isn’t Baltimore only like 3 hours from Pittsburgh?

  3. Naw. More like 4 🙂 I have family that lives down there, but I’m too poor. I couldn’t even afford the drive down, much less actual admission to the con right now. Graduate school is sucking the life out of me. And my wallet 🙂 I also have like no time to take off of work. however, if you wanna stay with us in April and go to Pittsburgh Comicon, we’d be more than happy to have ya 😉

  4. I actually was going to offer my home to you. The airbed is 1,000,000 times softer than my own bed.

Actually, I’m going up to Pittsburgh next August for my mentor’s open-bar wedding. The open bar thing was what really cinched the decision for me. =) I was thinking how I knew, in an Internet sort of way, that I knew someone in Pittsburgh. Someone who would maybe go to Kennywood with me. I love rollercoasters. When I have money, it’s Cedar Point for me!

  5. OPEN BAR WEDDING!!?? can I be your date? hehe.

HELL YEAH we’ll go to kennywood. Kennywood is the happiest fucking place on earth. I am going to try to get there one more time this season. I can’t believe it!! Only going to kennywood once this year!! what’s wrong with me?? I’ll take you to sandcastle. You can be molested by the waterslide. Or “the wedgie machine” as a friend called it last night.

  6. When I lived in NY, I loved going to Great Adventure and Six Flags New England. I once had a giant beer before going on the Nightwing and I puked afterwards. =)

The open bar came with my friend’s wedding. Get this–she chose the location of the reception because it’s close to the downtown bars. She wants to go from her reception to the bars in her wedding dress. She’s the coolest bride I have ever met.

Being molested by a waterslide should be yesterdays news by then. I’m taking a Spinning class that started last week and I swear the bike seat molested me. It felt like someone took a sledgehammer to my crotch. Ouch. I need my crotch for happier reasons than that.

Hey, my word verification thing spells “phew” today. It’s sighing with relief. =)

  7. Rhok on. Where’s she getting married at?? I’ve never really understood “spinning” perhaps you can explain the health benefits to me LOL. Well, it’s time for second breakfast.

  8. She’s getting married at the chapel in Ducane (sp?) ‘cuz that’s where she and her fiancee went to college. The reception is at the Sheriden. It sucks that I have to wait a year because it’ll be a good time, definitely.

Spinning is pedaling real fast on the stationary racing bikes at the gym. I took it because someone told me you can lose a lot of weight doing it. It’s also supposed to be good for my poor artheritic knee. I do Pilates and lift a lot but I haven’t really been doing too much cardio. So right now I have strong muscles covered in fat because I’m not burning anything. I have become a work out fiend now that I have people who will go with me.

Ugh, I told my Dad that I would go on the South Beach Diet with him because his cardiologist told him he needed to bring his cholesertol down. It’s terrible; do you know what you can’t have on that diet? Booze!! He wants to start it during my drinkingest two weeks too… =(
